Germain Motor Company Deemed “Best New Car Dealer”

The Germain Motor Company has been named “Best New Car Dealer, Best Internet E-Dealer and Best Auto Dealer,” by three different distinguished ratings groups. These honors have come as no surprise to consumers who have already experience the quality of the “Germain Experience.”

Their first award, “Best New Car Dealer” was voted on by (614) Magazine. Quoted by saying, “Columbus hasn’t just spoken. They’ve shouted from the rooftops,” Germain was placed on the top of the ColumBEST 2011 list. With over 14,000 followers, this distinguished award will set Germain as the standard.

The ColumBEST list is composed of readers’ votes that take place over the course of a month. This year, the poll was the largest in the city. With more than a quarter of a million votes on every category imaginable, the distinction as one of (614) Magazine’s ColumBESTs is an honor.

Second, Germain received the distinction of the “Best Internet E-Dealer” from the 11th annual Ward’s E-Dealer 100 List. Ward’s has covered the auto industry for more than 80 years and reaches consumers coast to coast. Germain’s Internet sales soared 43.1% last year, putting it No.5 on the Ward’s e-Dealer 100 with Internet-related sales of 5,127 vehicles.

Shaun Kniffin, Director of Internet sales states, “Our stores averaged a 40% Internet share of overall vehicle sales in 2010, and we’re expecting a higher level this year.”

Finally, Germain received the honor of being named, “Best Auto Dealer,” by Columbus Monthly. This award is extra special because it is voted on by the readers in the Columbus, Ohio area. The “Best of Columbus” list is a distinction that few have received.

The Columbus Monthly made their debut in June 1975, and has become a highly influential voice in the Central Ohio region. Known specifically for their “Best of Columbus” annual piece that allows their readers to vote on business within a set of specific categories, the winners are granted bragging rights and deemed the top of their class.
